Minimum Support Staff Qualifications:
Most support lines provide staff with a very basic level of understanding.
StationX do not have low qualified support staff for the hotline.
The hotline is handled by qualified IT and computer consultants.
Every call will be answered by a person with a minimum of the
following qualifications;

Degree - Computing or Security related subject

CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professionals

MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

5 years industry experience
