My client is looking to recruit additional members to their core IT team to take responsibility for supporting their IT systems across multiple sites. Working within a small, highly skilled team, your main duties will include: 3rd level support and also helping out on the helpdesk on a rota (c1 day a week). Plus you will have involvement in a range of IT projects. This is likely to be a varied and interesting role covering many technologies. We are therefore looking for candidates with good all round skills and knowledge in as many of the following as possible: MS Exchange 2007/2010 MS Sharepoint, MS Great Plains, MS CRM MS SQL Server 2000/2005 MS Windows Server 2000/2008 Networking (Cisco WAN LAN MPLS WiFi EAP SSL) SAN Xyratex/Compellent PCI DSS (Payment card security/encryption) IIS (Clusters) VMWARE ESX (DRS Vmotion) Citrix ZenApp 5, Access Gateway, Application Firewalls AD (Domains, Forests) A bias towards either server technologies or networking would be welcome but not essential.
