How to Redeem Your Exam Voucher
To redeem your voucher, please follow these steps:
- Visit the CompTIA Login Page: Navigate to https://login.comptia.org/.
- Log in or Create an Account: Use your existing credentials to log in, or create a new account if you don’t already have one.
- Access the Exam Scheduling Section: Once logged in, go to the “Schedule your exam” section and click on "Schedule Now".
- Proceed with Exam Scheduling: Follow the steps to select your desired exam, location, and preferred date.
- Proceed to Checkout: When you reach the Cart area, click on "Proceed to checkout" to continue.
- Enter Payment and Billing Information: At the payment and billing step, locate the Voucher/Promotion Code field.
- Apply Your Voucher Code: Enter the voucher code (sent to you via email) into the field. The voucher will be applied immediately.
- Complete the Checkout Process: Review your details and complete the checkout process to finalize your exam registration.
- If You Purchased Retake Assurance: A retake voucher will be issued only if you do not pass your first attempt, after completing the retake submission form.
Terms and Conditions
- Typically, vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of purchase. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended.
- Vouchers cannot be transferred to someone else.
- Vouchers are not refundable once received.
- Vouchers are exam specific and not interchangeable.
- Watch for exam retirement dates. Roughly every three years, exams retire and are replaced with updated versions with a different exam code. Buy the voucher suitable to your plans and write your exam before exam expiration dates.
