How to Redeem Your Exam Voucher
To redeem your voucher, please follow these steps:
- Create (or confirm) your ISACA account: Go to https://store.isaca.org/s/login/SelfRegister
- Important: Use the same email address for your ISACA account that you will use at checkout on StationX (this is how ISACA matches your purchase to your account).
- Wait for confirmation email: ISACA will provision the exam attempt and email you once it’s available. Note, you may need to allow processing time before scheduling becomes available (2-3 days).
- Check your ISACA Account: Log in to MyISACA and open Certifications for certification exams.
- Select your exam and look for “Visit Exam Website”: This takes you to your PSI Services LLC scheduling dashboard to book the exam.
Terms and Conditions
- Typically, vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of purchase. Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended.
- Vouchers cannot be transferred to someone else.
- Vouchers are not refundable once received.
- Vouchers are exam specific and not interchangeable.
- Watch for exam retirement dates. Roughly every three years, exams retire and are replaced with updated versions with a different exam code. Buy the voucher suitable to your plans and write your exam before exam expiration dates.
